Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin once the order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • We ship to selected countries within Europe and to certain international destinations.

 

 

International Shipments (Outside the European Union)

For shipments delivered outside the European Union, shipping charges displayed at checkout cover transportation costs only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise (for example, where the selected shipping method clearly indicates that import duties and taxes are included), the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are outside of our control.

If such charges are not paid by the recipient and the shipment is returned to us, any resulting costs (including return shipping fees, customs duties, storage charges, or administrative costs) will be deducted from any applicable refund.

 

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays
  • Peak shipping periods
  • Weather conditions
  • Unforeseen logistical disruptions

Delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local authorities in the destination country are outside of our responsibility.

We kindly ask customers to allow additional time for delivery in such circumstances before contacting us regarding delayed shipments.
